PRP@CERIC operates under a multi-level governance structure that ensures strategic direction and effective management.
The Steering Board is the main decision-making body of PRP@CERIC, providing strategic guidance for the project’s research activities. It defines the governance of the research infrastructure, monitors performance indicators and project outputs, and manages issues related to data and intellectual property.
The Project Management Board oversees the overall management of PRP@CERIC, including technical, administrative, and financial aspects. It ensures regular information exchange among partners and monitors the progress of scheduled activities.
The Infrastructure Management Monitoring Board coordinates the operational activities of PRP@CERIC. It manages the workflow for experiment proposal allocations and tracks scientific outcomes. It also fosters partner participation in EU-funded initiatives, supporting the long-term sustainability of the infrastructure.
The Advisory Board consists of external experts from the public and private sectors with experience in research involving Research Infrastructures (RIs). It advises on the user model, governance structure, training activities, and internationalisation strategy.
